**Fernando Wirtz** studied philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires and received his PhD from the University of Tübingen with a thesis on the philosophy of mythology in Schelling (Mohr Siebeck, 2022). After several postdoctoral stays in Japan and Germany, he is currently assistant professor at Kyoto University. He co-edited the book _After Nothingness_ (Herder, 2023) and is the author of numerous articles for academic journals. He is also a board member for the Society for Intercultural Philosophy.
